Purpose
Developing leaders’ capability, capacity and confidence to lead change for themselves, their teams and organisations.
The Experience
Building capacity and capability to lead change in the volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) that we now find ourselves is a non– negotiable for leaders.
Focused on “learning by doing” to blend theory and application, participants in the Leading Change Program undertake a 6-8 month learning journey using individual and group project-based action learning focused on self and real business challenges supported by formal workshops and coaching. The program is designed across three Leading Change domains – leading self, leading others and managing the change and builds capability and capability in terms of understanding change and leading organisational change.
The Road-Map
The three x 2 day workshops are held in person and individual coaching and group coaching is via zoom.

Suitable for leaders at all levels. We support you to design an internal application process to ensure that the program attracts the leaders in your organisation are motivated to participate in the learning experience and are well placed to inspire others through their learning journey.
