A Whole System Approach for Sustainable Change
To create sustainable change we use the Integral Four Quadrant Model to work with you to:
1.Understand the organisation is a whole complex and interconnected system
2.Identify and bring to the surface those things that are ‘intangible’ /internal that are impacting this issue/opportunity
3.Recognize that sustainable change occurs when we understand the forces in each quadrant that are problematic and identify the forces in each quadrant that help to resolve the issue
4.Implement the change, review and amend as needed
As we navigate cultural transformation, we help you to think systemically and design and implement change across all of the four quadrants.
